VERTICAL_SAAS
Multiple multi-tenant products live in production across vacation rentals, golf, e-commerce, and local SEO. Shipped via vibe-coding, hardened on real users, iterating on a weekly cadence.
AI-leveraged engineering: one operator running at 5–10× output by default, specialists assembled and directed when builds need more hands. 25 years of building systems — from infrastructure to vertical SaaS, agent APIs, scrapers, and automation. No agency overhead.
Selected know-how, distilled. Domains we know cold, things we ship, the stack we reach for, and the AI leverage that compresses delivery from quarters into weeks.

AI-search visibility tools, agent-first APIs, and LLM-driven analysis pipelines. Multi-model routing, polite scrapers, autonomous workflows — engines for tasks traditional software ignores.
A quarter-century of web plumbing. From high-volume hosting environments to search aggregation logic for global ecosystem partners. Still online, still useful.
Founded a hosting company in 1997, ran it for 15 years — dedicated metal, self-managed VPS, the kind of infrastructure most teams now outsource. Since 2012 the work moved up the stack: AWS, Cloudflare, edge platforms for ventures and client projects.
Started in PHP; today ship mostly TypeScript on React / Next.js / Astro, with Supabase or D1 for data, Cloudflare Workers, Pages and R2 for runtime and storage, Vercel for everything front-of-house. Still operate VPS (Hetzner mostly) where control earns its keep — reach for managed and edge when speed-to-ship wins.
The domain is the receipt: engineering has always started at the metal, even when the metal is now someone else's edge worker.
